Mr Givemore Makuyana is responsible for the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making
strategic decisions for the company. He is also responsible for overall business development as well as
strategic planning of our company. He worked for 20 consecutive years in the public sector for NRZ, GMB, Min of
local Government and public works and ministry of transport. He has a Post graduate program in corporate
strategy and management and an MBA (NUST). He is also a holder of an executive certificate in project
monitoring and evaluation. He is also a holder of several qualifications such as Masters Degree in HR, Diploma
in Training Management and Cert in Supervisory Management. The core of his business philosophy is rooted in
excellence, as it applies to projects, teams and client satisfaction. Givemore uses his analytical and
organizational aptitude to gain the respect of owners, decision teams, subcontracting and co-workers and
finds a great satisfaction with being involved in sustainable projects
Gift brings a strong combination and wealth of experience in strategic business planning, financial
management and information technology and excellent leadership skills having worked for Hastt, Head
Hunters, NRZ and CIMAS. He is mainly responsible for providing strategic advice to our group. He is a holder of a
BCom in business management and also a national diploma in IT and various certifications in CCNA. His keen
sense for business, respect for others and focus on relationship building will contribute to the growth of the
company.
Ganity has always possessed an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age and previously ran part time
projects in the field of transport and logistics, farming and art. He has also previously worked for private
companies such as FMC and CIMAS in various roles. He is a decorated strategist who is consultative, analytical
and a strong communicator. He is a holder of a BCom in business management. He is mainly responsible for
providing strategy performance, resources and standard of conduct to the Board.
Greater is a dynamic individual who brings in an invaluable wealth in sales and marketing. She is responsible for
providing strategic advice to the company and has always been fully committed to providing the highest level of
quality and customer service to every client and takes pride in her integrity, persistence and accountability.
